Last updated on Thursday 13th November by Phil Sorrell

DJ Thompson & Associates provide a whole range of services for the not-for-profit and voluntary sectors. These include web, IT, communications and membership consultancy, training and specialised software. They are equally at home working with small groups or with large national charities such as NAS or BILD.

Advocacy Administration Database

Amongst their “off the shelf” software products is a database to enable an advocacy group to streamline their administration of advocacy referrals.

It allows the user to:

- Keep lists of current and archived clients
- Maintain a record of each referral, making detailed notes and tracking progress
- Allocate referrals to staff members
- Record diary items and produce action lists
- Print records of each referral
- Export information to a spreadsheet to produce statistics for funding bodies
